Building restroom cleaning in a multi-tenant property is different from single-tenant cleaning in one important way: no individual tenant is responsible for it, which means no one is watching it closely. Restrooms become the first complaint when they slip and the last improvement when building management changes. A structured restroom program — documented per visit, consistent crew, defined supply levels — removes it from the complaint category entirely.

Crew Consistency

We assign a primary crew to each building and keep that assignment stable. Building occupants notice who is cleaning their restrooms. A rotating cast of unfamiliar faces generates complaints and security concerns, particularly in buildings with healthcare or professional-services tenants. Our default is to keep the same crew on the same property unless there is an unavoidable reason to change, and to notify you in advance when that happens.

Supply Responsibility

Supply responsibility — who buys soap, paper products, and liners — is confirmed in the written scope before we start. We can operate either way: owner-furnished or contractor-furnished. If contractor-furnished, we include a monthly usage report so you can track consumption by floor.

Buildings with healthcare tenants: if any floor in your building has a medical or dental occupant, tell us at the walkthrough. Restrooms on healthcare-adjacent floors run on a disinfection protocol rather than a standard program, and we adjust accordingly.

Service Areas

Multi-tenant restroom programs are available across all East Metro communities in our service area, including Mahtomedi, White Bear Lake, Hugo, and Oakdale.
