We walk the property before writing anything. The walkthrough covers square footage of each cleanable area, floor types, number of restroom fixtures, tenant hours and access restrictions, seasonal considerations, and any specific compliance requirements (like medical waste proximity in buildings with healthcare tenants). The written scope comes from that walkthrough — not from a template.
Once you approve the scope, we assign a crew, confirm the schedule, and provide the certificate of insurance. First clean happens on the agreed date. Thirty days in, we check in with you to confirm the program is working and adjust if not.
