Our buyers are property managers, building engineers, and REIT asset managers responsible for buildings with multiple tenants and shared common areas. The work we do is not visible in the way a remodel is visible — it is visible in the way a clean lobby is visible, which is to say it goes unnoticed when done correctly and becomes the first complaint when it is not.
We cover three service lines: common area and lobby cleaning, multi-tenant restroom programs, and day porter services. For most buildings we deliver some combination of all three, scoped to the specific property after a walkthrough.
How We Work
Every engagement starts with a property walkthrough. We document the cleanable square footage by area type, confirm floor materials, identify restroom fixture counts and tenant-specific access requirements, and note seasonal considerations. The written scope comes from that walkthrough. You review and approve it before a crew is assigned. First clean happens on the agreed date. Thirty days in, we contact you to confirm the program is working and adjust frequency or coverage if needed.
